Daulat ki Chaat

This famous food of Delhi was invented by The Taste God himself.

You don’t believe me? Then try it out for yourself and you will see that it tastes too good to be a human creation. Daulat ki chaat corner is located in Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi. It is one of the best chaat corners in Delhi you will ever had.

For hygiene lovers sorry buddy, this heavenly deliciousness is only available in Chandni Chowk. You can try its replacement like Khurchan or Rabri at Shree Makhan.


Tip: This sweet savory is perfect in itself. You don’t need an added tip to make it any more exquisite

Ram Ladoo

These fried dal pakoras or ram ladoos are to die for. The crispiness of radish and tanginess of chutney with these fried dollops make for every foodie’s fancy.

You can find Ram ladoos in every corner of the streets, but still there are some Local vendors with carts at Central market, Janakpuri, Green Park, South-Ex I, Tilak Nagar.

For hygiene lovers evergreen and UPSC Bhawan are best places for you to enjoy this delicious street food of Delhi.

Tip: Try the Bhuni Mirch and Mirchi Bhonda with this.

Rabari Faluda

This syrupy delight is full of caramelized milk and dry fruits. Not too sweet, this dessert will leave you asking for more.

It is my personal favorite dessert since a long time. Just by talking about it, I got a craving for this nectarous dessert. Giani’s di Hatti in Chandni Chowk is the one and only place where you can enjoy this sweetest sweet you will ever have. For hygiene lovers Haldiram’s, Om Sweets and Kaleva suitable.

Tip: Enjoy this with a plate of Chawal Chole Palak from Giani’s di Hatti


The best street food of Delhi is its kebabs. You will get a huge variety of kebabs in Delhi — from Kakori Kebab to Galouti Kebab to Shami Kebab.

All of these kebabs are full of flavors and spices that remind you of the Nawab. Kebab points in local markets, Chawla’s at Tilak Nagar, Al Kakori at Vasant Place Market is best. For hygiene lovers: Khan Chacha ke Kebabs, Karim’s and Kebab Factory at Saket is good and healthy.

Tip: Try the kebabs with Lehsoon-Tamatar chutney to add a tanginess to the flavors


The most preferred breakfast of Delhi can be eaten at any time, now-a-days. A healthy splash of butter and extravagant stuffing in the paratha makes it a best street food in Delhi.

Moreover, if you didn’t ate parantha from paranthe wali gali, you didn’t ate anything in Delhi. Parathe Wali Gali, Moolchand ke Parathe, Not Just Parathas at Rajouri Garden and Kakke di Hatti at Fatehpuri is the best places. For hygiene lovers Om Sweets and Kakke di Hatti in Karol Bagh.

The flowing faluda and frozen kulfi will make for a good dessert for all the people with sweet-tooth. Kamla Nagar Market and Kakke di Hatti in Chandni Chowk and Kaseru Walan in Paharganj suits you. For hygiene lovers Roshan di Kulfi at Karol Bagh and Sarvana Bhawan in CP.

Tip: Sprinkle either kewra or rose flavor to add some zest to your dessert

Tip: Add a healthy dose of dahi on top of your tikki to make it more delectable

Multani Moth Kachori

A combination of rice, lentils, onion rings and kachori, this Delhi cuisine is a must try. The assault of hidden flavors on your tongue will leave you speechless.

Where to try: Chandni Chowk and Moth Kachori Bhandar in Paharganj

For hygiene lovers: Prince ki special Multani Moth Kachori at Uttam Nagar.

Tip: Add a zest of lemon to the savory to make it more flavorsome


Available in best street food places in Delhi, this sugary sweetness is a key to every Delhiites’ heart. I don’t know about you but Jalebi can always enhance my mood.

Where to try: Jalebi wala in Chandni Chowk, Pandara Road, Bangla Sweets in CP, Jaleba Store in Chandni Chowk.

Tip: Enhance your experience with a dollop of rabri on the top of jalebi



Who doesn’t like aloo chaat? Please tell who doesn’t. A dish of fried potatoes with sprinkled spicy ingredients will make the lover of this dish, if doesn’t taste yet.
